When the sun barely peaks through
And you can smell the onset of rain
You’re filled with the urge to rest…and love
To embrace love, to be love, to be filled with love
More than gratitude
You want to take it all in
Breathe in peace and let whatever else wash away in the rain
A Sunday type of love
That lingers in the air long after the day is done
Wrapping you in warmth, a soft blanket of belonging
A love that doesn’t rush, that doesn’t demand
But simply is—present, unwavering, steady
It’s in the way you laugh at old stories
In the quiet moments, where words aren’t needed

That meets you where you are, every single time
That finds beauty in the simple, the mundane, the real
A love that holds space for you, as you are
And lets you just be, in all your beautiful complexity

That carries you through the week ahead
Filling you with the strength of knowing
You are loved, deeply, truly, and always
In the rhythm of your heartbeat, in the quiet of your soul
In the tenderness of your cocoa covered kisses
A love that whispers, softly and sweetly,

A Moment of Reflection
In this moment, I embrace the simplicity of being present. I breathe in peace, and I breathe out all that no longer serves me. I am grateful for the small joys that make life rich—the laughter, the stillness, the feeling of belonging.
I remind myself that I am worthy of this love, just as I am. I hold space for my own complexity, knowing that I don’t need to rush, change, or be anything other than who I am right now.
