I love them! They’ve really been helping me with my IBS symptoms and low energy overall. I get the culinary grade powder, one big scoop, pop in the blender with some almond milk, plant based vanilla creamer, a little ginger and cinnamon every morning..🤍I haven tried the ceremonial grade yet though I’m going to try it next time.

I haven't tried adding ginger to my matcha - so I will definitely give that a try.

Matcha definitely feels good for the tummy and soul - once I learned to appreciate it's flavor lol

You've found your tribe!

ADHD/Major Depressive Disorder with a non-verbal toddler. It's taken a lot of soul searching, acceptance, and being vulnerable to get to a space where I honestly feel… that I'm getting to side of (mostly) enjoying the state of being!

An acquired nuerospicy taste, that resonates heavily with my vibe as well. Great piece. 🫰🏾🫨 intentional rituals are beautiful and hold so much untapped power within the chaos of today’s world.

Loved this love letter to matcha. I've long been a matcha fan but only bought a kit & started drinking it at home a few months ago. I love the process of making it. As a fellow neurodiverse gal, I also love that it doesn't give me energy spikes & crashes like coffee (which I also adore) sometimes can. Unlike coffee, I can have more than one cup of matcha a day & it gives me a gentle lift & continual focus. & Knowing it's also really good for me? Yes, sign me up for life! x
